Injection moulding moulds and perfectly coordinated unloading
and downstream processes for packaging products. Due to ready-to-serial production coordination with the in-house technical center, our
technicians adjust the moulds and downstream devices, to start right away with the profitable and highquality production.Moulds and automation for blood collection systems, tub holders, urine beakers, pipette tips or syringe barrels, with individually tuned solution
The blowliner covers the whole process chain, from the granulat to final shapped bottle and to the automated Downstream process. Format relevant volumes from 5ml to 10,000ml allow a production output ranging from 500 to 10.000 pcs./hours.
The equipment of the Pick-up Stacker series were developed to minimise the unloading time of the products and optimise the stacking and packaging process. The Pick-up Stacker distinguishes by its particularly fast unloading time und allows up to 50 cycles per minute. The unloading and stacking process is mandrel-driven and allows the processing of thinwalled containers with high speed and highest quality.
The key features of Kiefel Packaging’s new Blowliner Medium machine include productivity combined with greater flexibility. The decisive competitive Advantage lies in the single-stage injection / stretching / blowing procedure, which Kiefel Packaging completes with consistent production quality. All the machine movements of the stretch / blowmoulding station
areactuated by a servo-electric system designed for
maximum control of the process.
