ARBURG offers a comprehensive package of production-efficient machine technology and turnkey solutions as well as reliable application technology, consulting for the high-quality production of injection moulded parts. In the packaging industry, the focus is on precision, reproducibility, efficiency, low unit costs and short cycle times. ARBURGs packaging-specific machine range meets the high demands of this industry. The packaging team applies its many years of know-how to support customers - from the product concept through to commissioning.
The hybrid HIDRIVE series is the perfect solution for high-speed applications. At Interplastica 2020, an ALLROUNDER 570 H in the "Packaging" version with 1.800 kN clamping force manufactures thin-walled IML tubs from PP. Four round 155 ml tubs are produced in a cycle time of less than three seconds. The part weight is 6.3 grams. The 4-cavity-mould is from Otto Hofstetter and the IML automation system from Pages.
ARBURGs portfolio encompasses ALLROUNDER injection moulding machines with clamping forces from 125 to 6,500 kN, the freeformer for industrial additive manufacturing as well as robotic systems, turnkey solutions and further peripheral equipment. The highest priorities for the packaging industry are precision and short cycle times. This is exactly what can be expected from the Packaging versions of the hybrid high-performance HIDRIVE machine series with clamping forces of up to 6,000 kN.
