But not only this – every kind of equipment is latest state-of-the-art technology down to the last detail. We make 100% of our specific machine parts in-house, so the quality control and precise delivery times, also for spare parts, underline our technical advantages.
Our thermoforming machines of the new generation, called T10 and Ts1, are absolutely stars worldwide! This full motorized machine doesn’t need any pneumatic cylinders and synchronization anymore, are faster, more precise, can reduce the machine time by 60% and needs 50% less energy. With the T10 and Ts1 we developed a CNC machine for the vacuum forming process and set the trend for this technology for at least the next decade.
2018 we presented a new CNC trimming machine CNC10 – the next generation of our milling centers for trimming and mold making.
Vacuum forming machine GEISS T10 with sheet loader
Forms all thermoplastic sheet and film materials in any thickness without having to change machine settings. Forming dimensions from 1000x900mm to 6000x3200mm and drawing depths from 500mm to 2000mm are possible.
