Products & Services

At Reifenhäuser Blown Film, we develop and manufacture modular 1- to 12-layer blown film lines from 300 mm to 6,500 mm wide. We thus cover the entire technology spectrum - for the production of blown films for standard packaging, sophisticated technical films for food packaging with barrier properties, and agricultural films with a film circumference of up to 24 meters.

Away from the standard, our special machine construction also delivers unconventional solutions for you. From small mono blown film lines and coextrusion lines to HDPE lines and components as well as lines for bio-films. Also process polyolefins such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, recycled materials, TPU and other raw materials including water-soluble raw materials.

For demanding packaging in the medical and food industries, we offer high-quality water-cooled blown films and biaxially oriented films. For this purpose, we develop water quench lines, multi-bubble lines and coextrusion dies, such as multilayer die heads for you.

EVO Multi Bubble
Producing biaxially oriented film in one work step.
Our EVO Multi-Bubble lines produce highly functional, biaxially oriented packaging films in a multi-stage blown film process. This enables you to achieve outstanding transparency, gloss, puncture resistance, seal ability, and adjustable shrinkage properties.
EVO Fusion
Processing plastic waste without regranulation.
Circular Economy in perfection: EVO Fusion lines permit the direct fluff-to-film production (without cost- and energy-intensive pelletizing and predrying) as well as inline compounding of biomaterials. This is made possible by the fusion of blown film and twin screw technology.
