OPTIMEX II
With the OPTIMEX II we redefined the way our coustomers can achieve consistent high quality film, better output and best in class flexibility by providing standard machine configurations. The OPTIMEX II is suited for a wide range of films with 3- or 5-layers and combines high output rates with outstanding film quality. Many components originate from the VAREX II high-end product family and have been adapted for OPTIMized EXtrusion, especially for PE products.
MIRAFLEX II
The MIRAFLEX II is the most productive CI flexographic press in the world. Designed for a wide range of applications, the MIRAFLEX II offers superior printing deck design, drying capabilities and web handling.
The press includes special on board systems for monitoring and controlling print jobs as well as optimizing the entire production process. Integrated in the press are W&H developed modules for quick, waste-minimizing set-ups and job changes as well as web monitoring/inspection systems.
FILMEX II
The FILMEX II for CPP and CPE is equipped with the latest generation of extrusion technology for excellent melt quality. Unique W&H screw design ensures consistent and homogeneous melt quality for excellent single layer distribution. Precise gravimetric dosing units lead to consistent metering of precious raw materials and additives. An integrated "High Performance Package" on the chill roll unit sets standards in film quality and process automation.
